Your order will be dispatched within 24/48 hours, but manufacturing and delivery (which is free of charge) take an average of 14 working days for our team. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, while maintaining the excellent quality of our products.

If the product you have received does not meet your expectations, we offer the possibility of returning it within 14 days of receipt of your order. Products to be returned must be kept in their original condition and will be inspected upon arrival. Shipping costs are your responsibility. To initiate the returns process, please contact customer service. Please note that any returns made after the legal withdrawal period (14 days from the date of delivery) will not be eligible for a refund.
